independence day recoup

after an independence day weekend spent lounging, eating, relaxing and sailing, it's time to get moving. over the long weekend, i did squeeze in a few miles along with a few short bike rides.

RUN: 3.22 mi / 30:51 min / conditions: 66 degrees, humid, calm / 16 oz. water

B (6:10am): cheerios+frozen blueberries+skim milk, 4 oz. OJ
Snack (8:30am): banana
L (11:30am-1:30pm): hummus and pita chips, raspberry yogurt, crystal light lemonade
Snack: apple
D: grilled pork, wild rice, green beans
