half marathon training / week 1

I'm generally planning to follow Hal Hidgon's Intermediate training program for my upcoming half, but I do plan to add in some tempo runs too. Sun, Feb 12 Planned: Stretching and strength. What I did: Um, not much. Some light stretching around the house, but that's it. Mon, Feb 13 Planned: What I did: Tues, Feb 14 Planned: What I did: 5x400 intervals Wed, Feb 15 Planned: 3 mi easy run + strength What I did: 3 mi easy (outside) Thurs, Feb 16 Planned: rest What I did: Fri, Feb 17 Planned: 3 mi easy What I did: more rest Sat, Feb 18 Planned: 5 mi long run What I did: 5.23 mi long run
