how to kick my body into gear

RUN/WALK: 2.56 mi / 27:33 min / 59 degrees

so whatever i ate yesterday did not agree with me, i felt odd since yesterday afternoon. since i went to bed early, my 5am alarm meant that i really had gotten eight hours of sleep. even though running didn't sound great, i knew that another hour of sleep wouldn't really make be feel better either. at least with running, i thought, i might be able to kick my body back into gear. it worked!
